How to Submit Your Project to the Genia Network

Genia offers a streamlined process for architects, real estate developers, home builders, and general contractors who need AI-powered structural engineering services but do not have an in-house team. This workflow is designed for simplicity and does not require you to create a Genia account.

To get started, you will be guided to a project submission portal. Here, you will be asked to provide basic project information, such as the property address and building type, along with your contact details. The final and most important step is to upload your architectural plans in CAD format. Once you submit this information, your part is done, and the project enters the Genia network to be matched with a qualified engineering team.

What to Expect After Submitting Your Drawings

After you submit your project, it enters the Genia Project Marketplace. Your project will be then made visible to our network of AI-powered professional structural engineering firms that use Genia's platform. These firms can review your project's details and design options suggested by Genia AI. If it's a good fit for their team, they can choose to take on the project by bidding with credits. Once a firm accepts your project, Genia will automatically facilitate a connection by sending an introductory email to both you and the engineering team. From there, you will work directly with the firm to complete your project.
